Yes and no. Unfortunately, it the Giant Conduct stem faceplate has a different bolt pattern than the ShockStop Stem. The conduct faceplate has bolts that are 40mm apart vertically and 22mm apart horizontally whereas the ShockStop has the bolts 32mm apart horizontally. So, the conduct faceplate will not mount to the ShockStop stem - but we have had a few customers who have opted to remove the conduct faceplate and have the brakes changed at their local bike shop. So, if you really do want the stem this is a possibility and you can talk with your bike shop to see what it will entail.
