The Dual-Position Seatpost moves 50mm between the road and aero positions. 

The linkage is designed as such that the bottom bracket to saddle distance remains the same, ensuring proper leg extension in both riding positions. As a result of this, the saddle will actually move up approximately 12mm (relative to the ground) as it moves forward from road to aero position.
