Yes. The weight limit for the ShockStop stem is 300 lbs (136 kg). 

We do, however, have an ambassador who is 315 lbs who has been riding the stem and loves it. Riders over 300 lbs should ride with caution and do frequent inspections, especially of the internal parts of the ShockStop Stem. We do not recommend anyone over 300 lbs ride with this product.
